Nodvik redesigned Service Well's website and created the brand to clearly present their dual healthcare IT offering — making a technically complex platform instantly understandable for clinic managers and healthcare decision-makers across Sweden and Scandinavia.
Service Well
Healthcare and dental clinics across Sweden were struggling with the same underlying issue – fragmented, outdated IT systems that made it difficult to manage patient processes, coordinate care, and adapt to an increasingly digital healthcare landscape. Service Well AB had the expertise and the tools to solve this, having spent over a decade developing digital solutions built on the HL7 FHIR standard used across the EU. But their existing website wasn’t doing justice to the depth of their platform or the breadth of their client base, which already spanned hundreds of clinics and major healthcare providers across Scandinavia.
The Brand
As former part of Service Well we create a clear, professional website and the brand that communicates their dual offering – a modular platform for dental clinics and a suite of process development tools for broader healthcare organizations. The site was structured around two distinct product areas: the ServiceWell Platform for dental practices, covering everything from scheduling and patient management to reporting and insights, and the Informationsplattformen (InopModel), which helps healthcare providers map, manage, and improve their existing IT systems.
The Outcome
The result is a website and the brand that positions Service Well as what they truly are – a trusted, long-term IT partner for the Nordic healthcare sector. With a clean layout, clear product navigation, and a strong roster of recognizable client logos including Colosseum, Praktikertjänst, and Inera, the site communicates credibility at a glance.
